Avon Group Manufacturing acquires toolmakers and moulder

Gasket and seals manufacturer Avon Group Manufacturing has acquired toolmaker and injection moulder P&D Manufacturing for an undisclosed sum.P&D is based in Corsham,southwest England,the same town as Avon Group's headquarters.It employs around 25 staff and has 11 injection-moulding machines,as well as extensive toolmaking equipment.It also carries out laser welding and assembly work.
