Sakhalin Energy Investment Company (SEIC) has signed contracts for three liquefied natural gas ships and finalised an LNG sales agreement with Japan.Long-term time charters for three newbuild LNG ships went to two Japanese-Russian ship-owning consortia,Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK) and JSC Sovcomflot securing two of them and Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL),Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (K Line) and Primorsk Shipping Corporation landing the third.
