摘要

When we tried to predict motorcycle vibration based on the drawing data, connecting characteristic was still uncertain. Therefore, using test pieces, we tested connecting characteristics of bolt fastening, and an analysis method was considered. A detailed FEM model was created, and a contact domain of the connector was calculated with CAP analysis of MSC/NASTRAN. An analysis of the normal mode by converting the domain into a spring element with high rigidity was performed, and matching the resonance frequencies of each mode were confirmed. This paper also describes the method of updating FEM model, using RESVEC calculation, and the recent method of predicting vibration of a complete motorcycle.
