Bibby bags Moattama work

Bibby Offshore Singapore (BOS) has landed a contract with the Moattama Gas Transportation Co (MGTC). MGTC, a joint venture between Total (operator), Unocal, PTTEP and Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE), has handed BOS a deal to provide ROV pipeline inspection, remedial work and associated project management on its South East Asia asset offshore Myanmar. BOS will supply its DP2 ROV support vessel Bibby Spring. The 60-day project on the Yadana field in the Andaman Sea has already started and will be carried out at water depths of up to 146m (479ft).
