Styrene: Spot markets were characterised by uncertainty and caution.Markets were extremely volatile and prices fluctuated wildly owing to the erratic performance of benzene costs.An expandable-polystyrene producer bought a July parcel at USus1070/tonne cfr China and two June lots at USus1080/tonne cfr China,USus67-130/tonne lower than in the previous week.A fourth deal later in the week was reported at USus985/tonne fob Korea.Prices subsequently plunged to USus940/ tonne fob Korea with the conclusion of a fifth deal.
