Belief propagation for probabilistic information processing and cluster variation method

摘要

General formula for berief propagation algorithms are given by applying a cluster variation method to massive probabilistic models with any network structure. We give some numerical experiments for the application of the belief propagation algorithm to binary image processing and its hyperparameter determination constructed by means of Bayesian statistics.
