In order to develop the vehicle navigation systems which are easy to use, we have analyzed thehuman process of evaluating navigation systems, and made a model which can predict the evaluationof operating comfort. By using this model, we can predict human evaluation from factors, such aslocation of equipment, types of method, operation type and so on. With this model we can alsoevaluate the future systems with the results of a few optional experiments.
