A competition learning rule for the pulsed neuron model

We have constructed a neural network model for the temporal information process based on the pulsed neuron model. In this article, we focus on the competition learning and the decision algorithm of winner" neuron for the temporal signals, and propose an competition learning rule in which the winner" neuron dicided by adapting the neurons' threshold.
