Shipments of Caspian light sweet crude BTC Blend to Asia-Pacific and North America are on the rise.More than 60pc of the stream's output is moving to long-haul destinations(see graph).BTC Blend comprises at least 90pc Azeri Light blended with about 5pc Kazakh Tengiz crude and smaller amounts of Azeri Shakh Deniz condensate in the BTC pipeline,which runs from Baku to the Turkish port of Ceyhan.
