Gasoline exports up slightly

Exports of Russian gasoline stood at 1.43mn t in January-March, an increase of just 0.8pc from the first quarter of last year, according to rail freight for- warding companies. Supplies to the Latvian port of Ventspils for export more than doubled to 381,600t, reflecting higher supplies from Lukoil's Nizhny Novgorod refin- ery and Bashneft's Ufa complex of refineries. Supplies along this route from Nizhny Novgorod, which began in October 2015, reached 127,800t in the first quarter.
