Krasnodar bypass dogged by funding doubts

Russian Railways (RZD) plans to invest about Rbs1.5bn ($47mn) in expanding the capacity of the North Caucasus Railway close to the southern Russian city of Krasnodar this year so that it can handle increasing product and crude shipments. But the prospects for a bypass around Krasnodar are still unclear.
