Tatneft's 140,000 b/d Taneko refinery at Nizhnekamsk will stop producing and exporting fuel oil in August after bring- ing on line a delayed coking unit. Taneko will boost clean product output and exports fol- lowing the launch of the 2mn t/yr unit, which was origi- nally expected to come on line in December last year. The refinery plans to bring on line a 100,000 t/yr isomerisation unit in the fourth quarter of this year - having delayed start-up from January - and this will lead to a reduction in naphtha production and exports.
