The list of Russian refineries supplying 10ppm sulphur diesel to the Black Sea and Mediterranean regions has grown, following the start of supplies from the 135,000 b/d Orsk plant. Orsk owner Forteinvest is expected to load one 10ppm cargo a month at Novorossiysk’s IPP terminal from this month,when the firm will supply 30,000t to the outlet by rail.Fortein-vest will sell to trading company Glencore,market participants say.
