Crude and product loadings at Turkmenistan's Caspian ports rose by just over 25pc to 7.37mn t last year, as crude output and refinery runs increased in the central Asian state. And with exports expected to continue rising, the tank farm at the port of Turkmenbashi - the country's main oil outlet - will have to be expanded, as will the ter- minal at the port of Aladja.
