Cold weather lifted low-sulphur fuel oil prices,but over-supply limited gains in high-sulphur fuel oil.Slow Indonesian demand pulled down gasoline,and distillates fell as a result of weaker markets west of Suez.Robust northeast Asian utility demand to meet heating needs boosted low-sulphur waxy residue prices.South Korean supplies of low-sulphur fuel oil have tightened because of surging local demand,helping premiums to benchmark Singapore prices reach their highest level in 12 months.
