The IEA has made large cuts to non-Opec supply growth projections,but still forecasts an increase in spare production capacity by 2009.The IEA's latest annual Medium-Term Oil Market Report (MTOMR)cuts non-Opec supply projections by 600,000 b/d for this year,700,000 b/d for 2008 and 900,000 b/d for 2009,compared with an interim MTOMR published in February.Non-Opec supply continues to grow by around 1pc/yr in the agency's projections.
