摘要

The paper presents thermal models of contacts structure for Ag-W composite materials. The author has used EMRC NISA package to perform thermal computations for contacts exposed to an electric arc and has defined theoretical limits of contact mass loss. On their basis, the usefulness of each model for scientific computations has been discussed. It has been established that the most suitable model is a model of D type, whose structure is created of regular octahedrons.
