Crude loses more than products

Ref ning margins rose as crude prices fell by more than products prices, which are softening in response to high stocks and cooling demand. Atlantic basin benchmark North Sea Dated fell by $1.30/bl to $46.65/bl in the week to 22 October, while US marker November WTI shed $1.62/bl to $44.76/bl and Mideast Gulf marker Dubai was down by $1.57/bl to $44.03/bl in London. North Sea Dated’s premium to WTI has fallen to its lowest in around three weeks.
