Singaporean central bank MAS has begun addressing concerns over its pro- posed overhaul of regulations governing over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives, including oil swaps. The consultation is part of Singaporean efforts to co-operate in a wider regulatory shake-up to strengthen global financial systems.
