Serbian PM says energy company EPS won’t be privatised

Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic told the parliament on April 27 that the state-owned energy company Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) will function better as a joint-stock company and will not be privatised, as it is a "national treasure". EPS officially become a joint-stock company, with a total of 36.5mn shares issued at a nominal value of total €3.1bn, earlier this month.
