Superior Resources has raised A$4 million in a placement managed by Whairo Capital. The company will issue 133.3 million shares at 3c each and one option for every two placement shares. The proceeds will be used to advance copper and gold projects in Queensland. Copper explorer Alma Metals has received commitments to raise $2 million via a placement at 1c per share.
