Oil prices have remained in their recently established ranges, but upcoming refi nery maintenance is likely to dent crude demand. Atlantic basin benchmark North Sea Dated fell by 71￠/bl to $60.49/bl in the week to 5 March, while Mideast Gulf marker Dubai was down by 54￠/bl on a front-month basis to $57.99/bl. But April WTI rose by $2.59/bl to $50.76/bl. Refi ning margins strengthened in Europe and weakened in the US Gulf coast.
