Naphtha firms against Brent

1. Lower shipments from Europe supported naphtha margins. Firm demand buoyed gasoline, while a lack of blending materials lifted fuel oil. 2. Naphtha rose to a four-month high against Ice Brent crude on expectations that imports will be 25pc lower in March than a year earlier (see graph, left). Firm spot demand added further upward momentum.
