Equatorial lobs $1.1B claim at Congo

JOHN Welborn and Ian Middlemas’ cashbox explorer Equatorial Resources has revealed it is seeking US$1.1 billion from the Republic of Congo. The Congo, one of the poorest countries in the world with a nominal GDP of just $14 billion per annum, is accused of illegally swiping its Badondo and MayokoMoussondji iron ore projects in between late 2020 and mid-2021 by the Perthbased company.
