WSP acquires Calibre in $275M deal

WSP will pay A$275 million for the engineering services company, a subsidiary of Calibre Global. The deal includes subsidiary Xstract Mining Services. Calibre employs 800 people across offices in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The company listed on the ASX following a A$75 million initial public offering in 2012 but delisted at the end of 2015.
