Loan of US541 Million Raised to Refinance the Taweelah A2 Power and Water complex

Emirates CMS Power Co.,the consortium that undertook Abu Duhabi's first independent water and power project (IWPP),the Taweelah A2 complex,has signed an agreement with a banking syndicate led by the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) for a loan of US541 million to refinance the original borrowings raised for the project,which was completed in October 2002.
