US EPA consults on draft ESA BiOps for two Enlist herbicides

The US EPA has initiated a public consultation on a draft biological opinion (BiOp) prepared by the nation’s Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) involving Corteva Agrisciences’ herbicides, Enlist One (2,4-D choline) and Enlist Duo (glyphosate + 2,4-D choline). Both products are intended for the control of weeds affecting genetically modified corn (maize), cotton and soybeans.
