Koppert acquires Swedish biologicals business

Dutch bioproducts company Koppert Biological Systems (Berkel en Rodenrijs) has acquired Swedish peer business Lindesro (Helsinborg). The latter has been Koppert’s Scandinavian distributor since 2007. A deal to this effect was agreed earlier this month. Koppert notes that the acquisition seeks to expand its footprint in the region with an eye on directly promoting its products and consultancy. “The acquisition of Lindesro will bring us closer to the Scandinavian market,” it adds.
