Present experiment was conducted at student instructional farm, Chandra Shekhar Azad University of agriculture and technology, Kanpur to investigate the effect of different treatments on seedlings developments. The most susceptible variety Azad T-6 ofTomato was used for the evaluation of wilt disease of tomato. Seedlings of tomato treated with three fungal bio-control agents Trichoderma harzianum (T-2), T. viride (T-5) and T. koningiopsis (T-10) and two chemical fungicides (Cabendazim and Tebuconazole). Different organic amendments were also applied to tomato Seedlings without any other treatment served as control. Both fungicides carbendazim @ 0.2 were more effective as bioprimer against Fusarium oxysporiumf sp. lycopersici as compared to bioagents. Among Trichoderma isolates, Trichoderma koningiopsis (T-10) @ 5g/kg seed was found most effective in average number of dead plant, average number of wilted plant, Disease incidence, Plant height (cm) and Average Yield (kg/plot)over other treatments.
