Dr. HHal Al-Tuwairqi, Chairman of Arab Iron & Steel Union Board of Directors and Cahirman of Al Ittefaq Steel Products Company (ISPC Dammam) - KSA, talked to 《ArabSteel》 Magazine about a number of subjects regarding the development of Al-Tuwairqi Holding Group and the new projects that the group is intending on carrying out. In his speech, Dr. Al-Tuwairqi addressed a number of issues facing the Arab steel industry, such as the lack of integration and the influx of imports into Arab countries that is threatening the local steel production. Dr. Al-Tuwairqi also demanded protection for Arab steel production and strongly requested more integration and cooperation of the steel producers.
