摘要

The Cameroon Water Utilities Corporation awarded a US$12-million contract to the UK company Biwater to refurbish and extend water supply infrastructure to address acute potable water shortages. The project will include the design, construction refurbishment, and the extension of potable water production, storage, and distribution infrastructure across 14 locations in Central and Southern Cameroon. In conjunction with the project, Biwater will also be delivering a water asset management (WAM) program, which will include training and skills transfer to improve network efficiencies and project sustainability.
