Italian ship manager Augustea also looks to be in the business of saving money for Sala-mon, the German owner of the tanker Iblea. Either the owner is feeling the pinch and has issued an edict to cut costs or the crew was simply down to their last tin of white paint. What else can explaining scaling down the name to such an extent?
