Colombia's medium sour Vasconia crude oil was assessed is a record low this week relative to prompt Ice Brent as global market dynamics weigh on Latin American oil sentiment. Vasconia fell by 85￠/bl on 20 October to a discount to January Ice Brent of about $9.95/bl.
