Colombia’s state-controlled Ecopetrol restarted a crude pipeline amid further controversy over a government peace agreement with the main rebel group Farc. Ecopetrol restarted the 85,000 b/d Transandino pipeline in southwestern Colombia midday on Wednesday after completing repairs yesterday, the company said.
