Restart in sight for Pinnacle plant

Canadian wood pellet producer Pinnacle Renewable Energy is likely to restart production at its Burns Lake plant in Brit- ish Columbia on Wednesday or Thursday,following a fire that halted operations earlier this month. The fire occurred during a planned maintenance shut-down on 9 October-in one of the large drying units-but was immediately extinguished by the plant's built-in sup- pression system,preventing any equipment damage.
