US Customs pushs for container security

US Customs and Border Protec-tion (CBP) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) on a radio frequency controlled container security device, whose deployment may become mandatory for cargoes moving to and from the US. Over the next few months, CBP will undergo detailed testing of available systems which meet its operational criteria.
