Braemar buys into Fred Olsen

Major shipbroking company Braemar Shipping Services has acquired 80% of Fred. Olsen Freight (FOFL) Limited for GBP1.3 (USD2.6) million. Fred Olsen, the Oslo-based energy, transport and leisure group, will retain the remaining 20%.
