Europe: Prices flat in thin trade

Bulk alloy prices were largely flat today in fairly quiet markets. Some sellers are testing the ferro-chrome and ferro-manganese markets with higher offers in light of Russia's looming export tax, civil unrest in South Africa and the latest wave of Covid-19 in southern Africa but buyers are treading carefully and spot deals are limited.
