Imerys Zhejiang to suspend zirconium output

Chinese zirconium producer Imerys Zhejiang Zirconia is scheduled to suspend oxychloride production from tomorrow for yearly equipment maintenance expected to take 20 days. The company has a 40,000 t/yr oxychloride capacity and is producing around 3,000 t/month. It is offering the material at 15,500 yuan/t ($2,396/t) ex-works plus value-added tax.
