Galena eyes 1Q 2023 start for Abra base metal

Australian resources firm Galena Mining has approved a final investment decision for the Abra base metals project in Western Australia with first production of high grade leadsilver concentrate expected in the first quarter of 2023. Underground development is scheduled to start in July-September this year and on-site plant construction in October-December, the company said.
