Maersk Changes Mecl1/2 Services

Maersk Line has introduced service changes to its MECL1 and MECL2 services in order to better meet customer expectations. The changes are as follows: MECL1 - The eastbound call at Malaga, Spain, has been removed and the ships will return to the Middle East direct from Norfolk. Previously, Charleston was the last loading port. The move will result in a highly competitive 21 day-transit time between Norfolk and Port Said, compared to 24 days previously.
