More Asia/N.Europe services brought back

As in the Asia-Mediterranean tradelane, a number of ocean carriers have brought back services to Northern Europe to take advantage of rising cargo volumes and freight rates. The Grand and New World Alliance have reintroduced a fourth weekly string. Called Loop D, it is a replacement of the alliance's fourth string withdrawn in December, when loops EU1, EU2, EU3 and EU4 became loops A, B and C.
