Clinical significance of intrauterine hematomas on ultrasound in first trimester bleeding

To evaluate the long-term clinical significance of intrauterine hematomas detected in the patients with first trimester bleeding. MATERIALS AND METHODS: An analysis was performed on 191 cases presenting with bleeding in the first trimester. The presence or absence of an intrauterine hematoma and pregnancy outcomes were recorded.
