This issue of Aquaculture is comprised of 33 papers presented at the 11th International Symposium on Nutrition and Feeding in Fish. The papers are divided based on 6 general topics: protein and amino acids (7 papers); feedstuff and diet evaluation (6 papers); lipids and fatty acids (6 papers); nutrition and disease resistance (5 papers); larval nutrition (4 papers); and feeding strategies (5 papers). Focus is given on macronutrients and energy utilization, nutrient requirements and bioavailability, safety of aquaculture products and fish quality, nutrition and metabolism, alternative protein and lipid sources, feeding strategies and waste management, nutrition and health and broodstock and larval feeds. Issues referring to the relation of nutrition with health and stress response as well as quality of produced fish were also discussed..
