JD Fields acquires Alameda Pipe

JD Fields & Company has acquired steel products manufacturer Alameda Pipe and Fabrication in order to become an integrated supplier and manufacturer of steel pipe products. “We are moving quickly to adapt to changing global dynamics so that steel products can be distributed and manufactured by one company,” Jay Fields, president and chief operating officer of JD Fields, said in a press release.
