NI charity plans expansion as childhood obesity epidemic grows

Chest Heart and Stroke (NICHS) has decided to expand its health programme in schools after research showed children in Northern Ireland are among the least active in the UK. Researchers from University College London found just 43% of seven year olds had the recommended one hour of exercise each day with girls faring worse than boys.
