Ukrenergo completes CBC auction

Ukrainian TSO (NEC Ukrenergo) is continuing its successful practise of cross-border capacity auctions for electricity export to Eastern Europe. Similar to the previous auction, DTEK-owned Vostokenergo and state enterprise Ukrinterenergo purchased 100 MW and 150 MW of CBC for February at ?1.37/MWh. The third auction participant Korlea Invest Ukraine withheld from bidding. Vostokenergo holds 250 MW of CBC for February followed by Ukrinterenergo with 150 MW and state-controlled generator Zakhidenergo with 100 MW.
