Turkish footballers go green

Two retired Turkish footballers, Bulent Uygun and Hakan Sukur have announced that they are forming a joint venture with Turkey's Albe Enerji, to be called HBA Enerji, in order to develop wind and hydropower plants. The new company will develop Albe's existing portfolio of projects which the company reports to currently consist of five projects. These include the 4.2 MW Berat hydro pant for which Albe holds a 49-year generating license and the 3.8 MW Yaprak plant for which a license application has been made.
