The company was founded by AgroNaftoGazTechService Production and trade Company of Kolomyia (Gvozdets village, Kolomyia district, Ivano-Frankovsk region), OJSC VNIPITRANSGAZ Engineering and Production Enterprise (Kiev, Ukraine), and Momentum Enterprizes inc. (Canada). Director general of Delta JV is Vasily P. Vivcharik. Main business lines of the company are: oil, gas, and condensed gas recovery through field works, development, and putting to operation oil and gas deposits on the territory of Ukraine; other activities related to oil and gas industry, including transportation, refining, and sales of oil and gas, as well as their processing products.
