KIEV PARKING PLACES ARE WAITING FOR INVESTORS

摘要

The article informs on a new sphere of capital investments for Kiev - construction of automobile parkings. The author analyzes investment attractiveness of this city infrastructure direction development and its prospects in the capital city of Ukraine. Nowadays twenty projects of parking places construction in Kiev the total value of which is estimated approximately in UAH 400 mn are ready for sale. 9 objects are planned to be located in the central part of the city. 4 sites would be situated in the remote districts of the right bank. 7 parking places are designed for the left bank of Kiev. A brief characteristic of the most interesting projects for investors is provided in the article. Underground and surface complex of parking with trade and office premises as a component of PrivoksaInaya square (Train station square) ensemble worth more than UAH 90 mn is the largest project.
